Fun Outings

Our youth group loves to have fun and do things together! Whether it's an exciting outing or a game night, we create opportunities for teens to connect, build friendships, and enjoy each other's company. These activities help foster a sense of belonging while allowing everyone to have a great time in a supportive, faith-filled environment.

Mission Projects

Our youth group participates in mission projects quarterly, putting faith into action by serving our community and beyond. These hands-on opportunities allow teens to make a positive impact while growing in their understanding of God's love and call to serve others. It’s a great way for youth to live out their faith and strengthen their sense of purpose together.

Confirmation

The confirmation process at St. John’s is a journey where individuals learn about the foundations of their faith, exploring Scripture, church traditions, and personal discipleship. The church's confirmation program begins in September and concludes on Pentecost, where the confirmands affirm their commitment to Christ and officially join our church community.

Confirmation Curriculum

At St. John’s, we use the **Confirm** curriculum to guide participants through foundational Christian beliefs, scripture, and discipleship as they prepare to affirm their faith and join our church.

Service Project

As part of the confirmation process, the class participates in a service project together, putting their faith into action and serving the community as a reflection of Christ’s love.

Retreat

As part of their journey, confirmation students attend a retreat in the mountains of North Carolina, where they deepen their faith, build community, and experience God’s presence in a beautiful setting.
